Best Deal Car Hire is a car rental company with a well-established presence in the Algarve, recognized for its service, customer focus, and operations supported by various strategic locations throughout the region.
To keep pace with business growth and strengthen the effectiveness of its digital presence, the company entrusted JAVALI with modernizing its platform using JAVALI CHS, a proprietary product developed exclusively for companies in the car rental sector.
The existing platform required technical and functional upgrades capable of addressing several objectives simultaneously:
- upgrade the technological infrastructure and overcome the limitations of the previous version;
- enhance security, stability, and maintainability;
- improve the user experience throughout the booking process;
- integrate a reliable payment system;
- introduce business rules with a direct impact on operational management;

JAVALI implemented the new platform based on JAVALI CHS, its exclusive solution for car rental companies, developed in Drupal to integrate the corporate website and the online reservation system into a single technological platform.
The project included a complete migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 11, ensuring a more modern, secure architecture ready for continuous evolution, and also included:
- an update to the design and visual interface, based on the existing layout and maintaining the brand identity;
- integration of SIBS credit card payments;
- optimization of the UX/UI and the booking interface;
- improvements to platform performance and responsiveness;
- updates to operational management rules.
JAVALI CHS enabled us to accelerate implementation while maintaining the flexibility to address specific client requirements and ensuring a solid foundation for future improvements.
With this upgrade, Best Deal Car Hire now has a platform that is:
