Best Deal Car Hire is a leading car rental company in the Algarve with over 30 years of experience and offices in Faro, Quarteira, and Albufeira.
In 2014, the company adopted JAVALI CHS (Car Hire System) — a Drupal-based solution integrating its corporate website and online booking platform into a single digital environment.
The system has become the operational backbone of the business, ensuring centralized management, reliability, and full autonomy for over a decade.
Best Deal aimed to replace manual processes with a centralized and scalable platform capable of managing reservations, fleet, and payments in real time.
Key goals included:
- Unifying the corporate website and booking engine;
- Automating contracts, invoices, and reports;
- Offering a multilingual interface for international customers;
- Ensuring stability and high performance during peak demand.
JAVALI implemented JAVALI CHS using Drupal 7, featuring a modular architecture and responsive design.
The system integrates an online booking engine, real-time fleet management, and secure SIBS payments (Credit Card). It also automates contract generation, supports four languages (PT, EN, FR, DE), and provides a full back-office for autonomous operations.
The platform is currently being upgraded to Drupal 10, ensuring long-term stability and technological evolution.
JAVALI CHS has become a key pillar in Best Deal Car Hire’s operations, sustaining more than ten years of continuous service. Main results include:
