MIBGAS is the Iberian Gas Market Operator responsible for the management of the organized Iberian Gas Market, for its correct and adequate operation and for the economic management of the services it offers, always respecting the inherent principles. Its functions are to manage the trading sessions, list the tradable products, receive and manage the purchase and sale offers and display the results of the resources on the market.
The energy environment of the 21st century is characterized by the tendency to replace traditional fossil fuels with other types of energy, such as gas, which is a cleaner and more competitive source of energy, due to its lower level of greenhouse gas emissions and its price competitiveness.
The "European Target Model", a single energy market, is a benchmark for many European countries, whose principles of transparency, impartiality and price independence are the basis for setting up the Iberian Gas Market Operator, MIBGAS.
Today, the efficient management of companies is an essential factor, highlighting their know-how in the market. It is in view of this efficient corporate management among the companies that make up the MIBGAS group that the need arose to consolidate its web presence, bearing in mind its commitment to achieving the highest standards, both in terms of the quality of the services it offers and in the way it acts.
JAVALI was responsible for designing and developing the new MIBGAS platform in Drupal 9, with responsive design, a focus on usability, and centralized content management. Key features include:

- Modular structure for independent management of MIBGAS and MIBGAS Derivatives;
- Advanced data search and filtering tools;
- Sections dedicated to the management of guarantees and capacity contracts;
- Drupal back office adapted to the editorial management of different teams;
- Responsive and accessible design (WCAG 2.1).
The Drupal architecture ensures total autonomy in content management and allows for continuous evolution without service interruption.
With the launch of its new website, the Iberian Gas Market Operator (MIBGAS) aims to provide all users with a more accessible and straightforward browsing experience when looking for the information they need, ensuring full and intuitive access to all its content, both corporate and in terms of market results.
The MIBGAS website presents the most significant information about MIBGAS and MIBGAS Derivatives, such as its Code of Ethics and Conduct, updated and adapted to the highest standards of good corporate management, which ensures the integrity and quality of service of the companies that make up the MIBGAS group, such as the configuration of their boards of directors and their shareholders. Other relevant content for users are the explanatory sections on the Organized Gas Market and the Guarantees Manager, as well as all the legislation and regulations in force relating to these two issues and the Market Results section.
MIBGAS, as the entity responsible for the centralized management of guarantees, such as guarantees for the contracting of infrastructure capacity, guarantees for participation in the Organized Gas Market and guarantees for the solution of imbalances, provides all the necessary information and respective registration on its website so that the user can register as an agent in the gas market.
