Ilha de Moçambique is waiting for you! Now with a new website, by JAVALI!

In 2017, the Union of Portuguese-speaking Capital Cities (UCCLA), in partnership with the Municipal Council of the City of Ilha de Moçambique (CMCIM) and other entities, achieved an important communication channel with the launch of its website, which not only brought the island's population closer together, but also increased visitor demand for this destination.

In view of the difficult times being felt around the world, UCCLA and CMCIM, as part of the Portuguese Cooperation Cluster, decided to step up the promotion of Mozambique Island and once again relied on JAVALI, now to revamp the image of the website.

Using Drupal, JAVALI made the website more appealing and intuitive for its users and maintained its purpose as a global communication tool to facilitate access to up-to-date information for local authorities and tourists to the island.

In a statement, the UCCLA Coordination said that "The collaboration with JAVALI in the construction and renovation of the Ilha de Moçambique website, as part of the Portuguese Cooperation Cluster, has enabled the Union of Portuguese Speaking Capital Cities (UCCLA) and the Municipal Council of the City of Ilha de Moçambique (CMCIM) to strengthen the dissemination and promotion of this pearl of the Indian Ocean, which is important in the history of Portugal and Mozambique.
