OMIP - Pólo Português wins the Abertura 2020 Award, with a project developed by JAVALI!

The OMIP and OMIClear websites project was awarded the Abertura 2020 Prize by ESOP, the Association of Portuguese Open Source Software Companies, an annual award that aims to distinguish entities that contribute to boosting Open Source software and Open Technologies in Portugal.

It is with great pride that JAVALI developed this major project, using Open Source technologies, more specifically Drupal CMS, which enabled, among other things, the following features: the development of hundreds of graphics, through integrations with various information systems; the development of a reserved area controlled by a custom-developed subscription system; the creation of multiple types of content/templates, across the various websites, thus ensuring the standardization of information and integration with the media module, allowing the sharing and searching of images, documents and files between the various websites.

The winning trophy for the 2020 Open Source Award, which you can see here, was presented by ESOP's vice-president, Paulo Ribeiro, to engineer João Morais, from OMIP - Pólo Portugues, on November 11, during the 18th edition of Open Source Lisbon, this year in virtual format.
