JAVALI signs contract with eSPap under framework agreement

On April 8, 2015, Javali signed a contract with eSPap, which came into force on April 13, 2015, as a qualified software supplier in the following areas and with the following products:

- Development Software - Web Content Management - Drupal
- Productivity Software - Collaboration - Drupal
- Application Software - CRM - Customer Relationship Management (SugarCRM CE)

Framework agreements pre-qualify suppliers for the supply of goods and/or services to the Public Administration and establish the conditions and requirements they are obliged to meet, in terms of maximum prices/minimum discounts, minimum levels and quality of service, among other aspects.

The list of goods and/or services available for procurement, information on qualified suppliers of goods and service providers, as well as the minimum conditions and requirements defined for each framework agreement can be consulted in the National Public Procurement Catalog (CNCP).

The Public Administration Shared Services Entity, I. P. (eSPap), which was created by Decree-Law no. 117-A/2012, of June 14, has the mission of ensuring the development and provision of shared services within the Public Administration, as well as designing, managing and evaluating the national procurement system and ensuring the management of the PVE, supporting the definition of strategic policies in the areas of information and communication technologies (ICT) of the Ministry of Finance, ensuring the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of technological computerization initiatives of the respective services and bodies
