Javali Employees Certified as Trainers of Trainees

Emplyees at Javali have created a team of Trainers with Certification in the Training of Trainees - CAP (Certificação da Aptidão Pedagógica de Formador) is the portuguese Certification of Suitability for Training.

In order to create training packages tailored to the needs of users on the solutions provided by Javali, a team will take over all training activities in open source solutions.

Training packages will be created on platforms like SugarCRM, OpenBravo, Alfresco, Linux Desktop, as well as ordered to the needs and expectations of each business reality.

Javali Employees Certified as ISTQB Testers

In order to strengthen existing activities in terms of software development and quality testing of the solutions we produce, Javali formally established the Office of Software Testing.

To support the activity of the office, Javali has two employees qualified as ISTQB Certified Testers (ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board), both with high competence and recognized experience.

This decision reinforces the commitment to continuous improvement and satisfaction of the needs of our customers.

Javali Sailing Team participates in 3rd Chivas Sailing Cup

The CHIVAS Regal organized "The 3rd Chivas Sailing Cup, a race that brought the River Tejo one of the largest regattas held in Lisbon. Was held this Saturday, July 4, 2009, with the participation of 87 boats divided by grades 9 to tender ORC.

For Javali the experience could not have been better! Could reconcile the good atmosphere of conviviality with the competitive spirit of racing, this mode is the best hobby that elements of our team could have.

Javali The Sailing Team got a creditable 4th place overall classification, getting just 2 points from 1st place.

This day is thus marked by excellent sea conditions, but also the environment and living past with all the sailors.

Javali signs protocol with the University of Évora

A ceremony of signing of protocols between the University of Évora and a number of companies representing the sector of national informatics will be held on July 10, in Évora.

They fall to launch a center of expertise in the area of interoperability, which has resulted in the creation of a laboratory Interoperability - LabInterop.

The LabInterop will work at the University with the Center for Research on Information Technologies (CITI), its School of Science and Technology. In terms of companies participating in the creation of the center will have solid angle, BlueCorp, Edisoft, Javali, Microsoft, Multibase, Nivelbase, Quidgest, Saphety, SUN, and ViaTecla Vortal.

It is with the LabInterop, providing a center with advanced konw-how in the area of interoperability and integration of information systems, to use those skills in service delivery and performance of projects for companies and Public Administration.
