Javali Sailing Team participates in 3rd Chivas Sailing Cup

The CHIVAS Regal organized "The 3rd Chivas Sailing Cup, a race that brought the River Tejo one of the largest regattas held in Lisbon. Was held this Saturday, July 4, 2009, with the participation of 87 boats divided by grades 9 to tender ORC. For Javali the experience could not have been better! Could reconcile the good atmosphere of conviviality with the competitive spirit of racing, this mode is the best hobby that elements of our team could have. Javali The Sailing Team got a creditable 4th place overall classification, getting just 2 points from 1st place. This day is thus marked by excellent sea conditions, but also the environment and living past with all the sailors. |
